West High Yield (W.H.Y.) Resources Ltd. (TSXV: WHY) (FSE: W0H) (the “Company” or “West High Yield“) announces the exercise of share purchase warrants (the “Warrants“) of the Company.
Five holders of Warrants exercised 1,200,000 Warrants, resulting in the issuance of 1,200,000 common shares of the Company. The specific Warrants held and exercised by the one warrantholder were exercisable at a price of CAD$0.30 per Warrant, resulting in total gross proceeds to the Company in the amount of CAD$360,000 upon such exercise.
